Project Manager / Estimator
We are looking for a dedicated individual to excel in our Chicago-land office.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Estimator and salesperson reviews project, all question will be sent from the sales person to the GC using our RFI sheet. Its sales responsibility to have relationships with the GC or owner during the estimating /quoting phase:
- Estimator is responsible for sending out the needed information that was reviewed with the salesperson to receive quotes in time for the bid date:
- Project Manager and salesperson will then sit and review the project again. At this time the salesperson should hand over all information to the PM and step back from the process only getting involved as necessary:
- PM will then go about getting submittal’s out and approved in time to have PO’s out for material to deliver onsite on time:
- PM will be responsible for communicating with the client or GC at this time:
- PM and Salesperson will review projects weekly to insure that everything is running as smooth as possible and involving the salesperson as needed.
Requirements
- Associates Degree
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to learn the specification and technical details of the products.

Architectural Products Sales
Kloeppel & Associates, Inc is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Architectural Products Sales Specialist covering the Midwest. Candidates must be willing to travel throughout IL, IN, IA, and MI as needed.
The Architectural Products Sales Specialist will become Kloeppels Architectural Products expert responsible for generating sales leads and assisting the actions of other Kloeppel sales reps in the territory to ensure attainment of sales goals. The position will provide mentoring and training from our managers and sales reps on the conceptual and strategic aspects of the Architectural Products, conduct and assist in field presentations, and gain specifications necessary to fulfill orders effectively. The Architectural Products Sales Specialist will be working with our clients, architects, designers, general contractors and outside consultants to create comprehensive Architectural Products solutions.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling Architectural Products including architectural walls, seating, millwork, and others. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience is preferred along with a commercial construction industry or design background. The ability to understand the construction environment to include a competency in reading building plans, layouts, and specifications is required. Existing relationships with architects and designers will be extremely helpful.
